The Word of Grace is the Word that redeemed believers by Grace – the revelation of Jesus Christ. The faith herein comes by hearing the word of God especially in salvation trials, which word works in those who believe to sanctify them. (Galatians 1:12; Ephesians 3:3-5; Isaiah 40:5; Romans 10:17; John 1:17; 15:3; Galatians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 2:13).
In faith trials, those who are saved by the Word of Grace should trust in the love and goodness of God made manifest in Christ Jesus, and the assurance that by his Grace and Power, “all things will work together for your good according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28).
The principles we shall examine include: Faith in God’s Salvation; Trust in God’s Power. dispelling fear, being courageous and waiting on the Lord.
3.1. GOD’S GRACE IS SUFFICIENT IN TRIALS
Brethren, also consider that you “being Justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom also we have access by faith into his grace wherein we stand”. This means that we need faith to access God’s Grace which is sufficiently available to enable us to withstand any trials. Also it is in our weakness when ravaged by trials that His “power is made perfect”. (Romans 5:1-2; 2 Corinthians 12:9).
Thus we must submit our own weapons of power including pride, anger, revenge, rancour, blaming, stubbornness, and striving when faced with faith trials, that in our weakness, having disarmed, God’s power will manifest in and through us. This could be made possible if you ensure to “Glory” and “rejoice in the Lord always” in trials, that the power of Christ may rest upon you. (Philippians 4:4; Peter 1:6-7).
4. FRET NOT TO DO EVIL
