People of God, walking after worldliness, denying the path of truth, hatred for righteousness, and deriving pleasures from unrighteousness are snares that entrap one into Satan’s agency. Religious leaders should endeavour not to succumb to the pressures of their congregation to change the truth of God into a lie. Those who lead God’s people should not live in deceitfulness and falsehood. We must be comfortable in the truth of our identity that we are made in the image and likeness of God. (Genesis 1:26-27; James 3:9).

PRAYER
Almighty Father, thank you for your word.
We praise you for your mercies and faithfulness.
Lead us in the paths of your truth and righteousness for your name’s sake.
Lord deliver our religious leaders from the lusts of greed and covetousness that breeds lying spirit.
Transform our hearts by grace divine to love your truth.
I make this prayer in JESUS NAME.
